The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite closed off with new-style barn doors. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other bathroom is located across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises) * If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders* * This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment. Guest access Entire space is for guest use - no one else will occupy the space. Other things to note Parking is on the street which is free from 5:30pm till 8:30am during weekdays. Saturday parking is free for the first two hours. Sunday parking is free all day and until Monday 8:30am There is an attached parkade to the building which can be a convenient option for parking. It is paid at the guest expense and secure. Registration It’s important to register your pet during the booking process. Please provide details about your pet (breed, size, special requirements, etc.). Unregistered pets may result in extra charges or reservation cancellation. Pet Behaviour Guests are responsible for their pet’s behaviour. Any damage or disturbances caused by your pet may result in repair or cleaning fees. Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, except in designated off-leash zones. Noise Control: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour may require you to address the issue, or in extreme cases, may lead to eviction without refund. Crating and Alone Time: For safety reasons, pets must be crated if left alone in the accommodation. Please also ensure pets don’t bark excessively when left alone. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any cleaning or damage to these items will be your responsibility. Pet Waste: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are provided, and failure to clean up may incur additional cleaning fees. Walking Your Pets: We ask that you walk your pet away from the building and pick up after them. Designated pet-relief areas may be available. Pet-Related Cleaning Charges: Any extra cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will be charged back to you.
