It is a 81m2 flat with 3 bedrooms (one bedroom smaller than the others). There are two fully equipped two bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with shower (15cm step in front of the shower). The flat can host up to 6 people. All of the bedrooms have double beds (150x190, 140x200, 130x190). The master room faces a quiet and luminous street with a cute little balcony with two chairs while the other two bedrooms are facing the interior of the building, typical to Eixample style. The flat features a pleasant seating area with sofa, high-speed wifi, flat- screen TV with Netflix and DVD player and acquires an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware such as dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, pans etc. There is a little balcony at the living room as well. The flat has all the necessary amenities such as filtered coffee and Nespresso machine, hairdryer and washing machine with a dryer etc. We provide tea and coffee, towels, travel-size shampoo and hair conditioning, make-up kit, dental kit etc. Central air conditioning and heating is available in ALL of the rooms and in the living room.
