Lake Constance apartment in Lippertsreute Überlingen

In our recently renovated holiday apt on Lake Constance, you can relax or go on wonderful excursions. Whether swimming in the Schloss Lake, sailing on Lake Constance, cross-country skiing in Heiligenberg, visiting castles, exploring the local cuisine—there are two traditional restaurants just around the corner—this holiday you will never forget! The 96sqm apt offers plenty of space for 4 people (up to 5 with small children). On the huge terrace, you can do yoga, BBQ, relax, and watch the clouds. The space Our holiday apartment is lovingly and colourfully furnished. With colourful accents, cozy corners, and lots of natural materials, our family-friendly apartment on Lake Constance is decorated entirely in a boho style. The well-equipped modern kitchen invites you to cook and linger, and in the sunny living room you can play games together or listen to vinyl records (both provided). The two cozy bedrooms offer snug retreats with views of the greenery for relaxing. On the large terrace, you can have lunch in the sun or stretch out on the floor cushions in the shade of the walnut trees in the afternoon. In the evening, it's a perfect spot for barbecuing. Our favourite: The day is best started with a steaming cup of coffee in the morning sun on the bench outside in front of the house. Guest access Location and bathing options: The holiday apartment is in Lippertsreute, an idyllic village 5 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the child-friendly, well-equipped Schlosssee ('Castle Lake') for swimming (also very nice to reach via bike paths), and only a few minutes longer to get to one of the lakeside beaches on Lake Constance (e.g., in Uhldingen or Überlingen). Shopping options: The ecologically oriented neighboring village of Frickingen offers a bakery with a café as well as an organic Edeka with many regional products. You can also shop nearby at Germany's oldest Demeter farm (Rengoldshausen) in the farm shop, directly from local farmers, or at the organic store and café Naturata. Überlingen's charming old town offers further shopping options, restaurants, and the famous lakeside promenade. Arrival: You can park directly in front of the house or garage door for loading and unloading. However, because the street is narrow, please then park further down on the property or just around the corner to the left behind the garage shelter. Other things to note From December to March, you can also book long-term. The monthly price is then 1350 euros. Even if the summer is hot, we have the lakes to cool off in. And the long bright evenings to enjoy. In spring, the blooming orchards are inviting, while in autumn, the colourful leaves and clearer air invite you to go hiking. But even winter, with its foggy calm, offers something truly special. Our holiday apartment is located in the midst of an idyllic and historically rich holiday region. Historically important The prehistoric stilt houses in Uhldingen, the monastery and Salem Castle, Heiligenberg Castle, the former imperial city of Überlingen, Meersburg Castle, the Zeppelin city of Friedrichshafen, and the present-day university city of Konstanz, founded by the Romans, with its large old town, are milestones that provide access to the region's rich history. Worth seeing for tourists Lake Constance with its passenger ships, the flower island of Mainau, the vineyards around the residence of Meersburg, the bison enclosure on the Bodan Ridge, the extinct volcanoes of the Hegau, the Aachtopf, where the water that sinks from the Danube emerges, and much more mark the most important tourist attractions. Scenically idyllic From the vineyards and apple orchards on the northern side of Lake Constance, you can see the Alps on a clear day, from the Allgäu through the peaks of Vorarlberg to Säntis and even to the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau in the Swiss Central Massif. Hiking, cycling, sailing, cross-country skiing in winter – sports and relaxation are the vacation goals here. Regional and delicious Old inns and modern restaurants delight you with apple juice, wine, and local as well as international cuisine.
