Rooms in modern townhouse in gated community

Perfect location for anyone wishing to explore the beautiful Ribble Valley or for fellow equestrians competing or spectating at Northcote Stud (2 min drive away). My home is located in a gated community so offers high level of security. There are 2 bedrooms available, 1 with a king bed (ensuite) and 1 with a single bed (shared bathroom). Guests have full use of kitchen. Free use of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and breakfast cereals. My 2 well behaved cats share my home. The space The house is located in the countryside in a gated community. There is a lovely gastro pub within walking distance and a small coffee shop that makes great breakfasts. The king sized room has amazing views across towards Hurst Green and the famous Stonyhurst school where Sir Arthur Conan Doyle studied. Guest access Guests can use the laundry facilities (detergent provided): Washing machine: £3 per load Tumble dryer: £3 per load During your stay I am happy to chat with guests if they so wish but will otherwise leave you to get on with enjoying your stay.
