Bright Room with Balcony (organic bed COCO-MAT)

Bright room East facing with private balcony, on the third floor of a townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood of Amsterdam. This room has an organic queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) from COCO-MAT, a desk, a chair, an armchair and a closet with mirror doors. Guests have access to a private balcony and to a shared bathroom with other airbnb guests (max 2) in an adjacent room as well as access to a the laundry room/kitchenette with basic cooking appliances. The space The room is located on the third floor of a 174 square meter townhouse. On this floor are also another guest room, a shared bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with washer/dryer, a sink, a countertop and basic kitchen appliances: a small fridge, a double cooking plate, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. An ironing board and iron are also available. Guest access Downtown is only 25 minutes away by public transport and Museumplein is a 15 minute bike ride away. The neighbourhood is surrounded by many parks and green areas, ideal for walks and jogging. The RAI centre is about 15 minutes away, door to door, by public transport. Easy reach from the airport (ca. 35 minutes door to door by train and bus) Other things to note Currently living in the house is myself and on occasion, my husband, my 20 yo son and my 20yo daughter as they either work or study abroad. We also host other Airbnb guests (max 2), in a room adjacent to yours. We sometimes have a student living with us as well, temporarily. We also have 3 cats; they tend to feel whether the guests want them around or not and behave accordingly - not entering the room when not feeling so welcome or asking for a little pet here and there if you've been friendly to them.
