Hi :) Making a comfortable & hassle-free experience for my guests is my goal here. The apartment is located on the borders of the quiet district of Agouza (super close to Zamalek & Mohandessien). It was designed and made with great love & care to give it’s guests a cozy & comfortable stay. Looking forward to seeing u :) P.S. Special discounts for long stays (45 days or more) The room has a quiet and calm vibe. It has very good natural ventilation, beside the AC and the ceiling fan. It gets a huge amount of sunlight everyday beside it's multiple lighting scenarios varying from full brightness lights to cozy dim ones. There's a small private balcony attached to room .. it's perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon tea :) The bed is prepared with a top quality mattress, wardrobe size is quite big and it has it's own working/relaxing corner. The living area is quite colorful and cozy. It's equipped with a 50" TV and a super comfy sofa and it has the kitchen attached to it. The kitchen is well prepared with everything you may need to cook a proper meal. The bathroom has good water pressure and endless hot water supply. It's perfect for expats who may stay for a long time, tourists who want to add a local touch on their trip and remote workers. The apartment's location is quite special. It's very close to Zamalek district where many foreigners prefer to live and hang out (10-12 minutes walk) and it's also very convenient around .. within less than a 2 minutes walk you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, ATMs, bakery shops .. etc. The room is a completely private space and you'll have your own key for it. The living area, kitchen and bathroom may be shared with the other rooms in the apartment I live close by .. would be happy to have a friendly conversation or offer any help if needed Agouza is a quiet and laid back district. It has a special location being very close to Zamalek island (10-12 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes by car) and also to the commercial district of Mohandessien (15-20 minutes walk or less than 10 minutes by car). Cairo downtown is also quite close (10-15 minutes by car to Tahrir square) Getting around is very easy, whether by a taxi or an Uber. If you have a car, there's a dedicated parking lot right below the building **There are 2 other rooms in the apartment that maybe rented to other guests. In this case the living area, kitchen and bathroom would be shared spaces. The bedroom is always a private space (kindly see the plan in the photo gallery for better clarification) ** All the bills are included in the price (electricity, natural gas, water, Wi-Fi) ** Cleaning service is included in the price for long stays (once a week)
