There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the villa or near open windows. You can smoke outside however make sure your cigarette butts are thrown away in the outside trash at the end of the driveway. DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the trash inside, on the ground and do not flush them down the toilet. There will be a $250 charge taken out of your security deposit if you smoke inside the house.
