We may be able to arrange gated garage parking to help you avoid shifting your car every two hours. Please note the parking space is not part of the unit, is subject to availability and will cost extra. No large SUVs (will not fit). Unapproved overnight guests may result in additional charges, and host reserves the right to reject additional guests. - Termination of the stay, a minimum $250 fine excess cleaning and damage fees may be applied if the house rules are broken.
