Palm Tree Lodge is a private home in Rainbow Beach with a contemporary beach feel that evokes that holiday feel. Our home will suit a family holiday or a couples retreat for a weekend away or longer stays. Palm Tree Lodge got its name by the amazing Coconut Palm Trees gracing the front of the property. The home is a light and airy space that has it all, a modern kitchen, modern bathroom, large master bedroom, private front and backyard, and close to town and main beach. Your days can be all about ocean swims, barefoot walks along the beach, beach fishing, surfing the local breaks, coffee on the 'love seat' out the front and by the days end enjoy watching the sunlight drift away in the golden sky even toasting marshmallows at the fire pit in the backyard. Please describe each pet accurately when you book, including their breed, age, and whether they sleep indoors or outdoors. Pets are not allowed on the furniture including couches and beds. We ask that you remove all pet fur before you depart. Vacuum cleaner, lint roller are provided. The yard must be de-pooped before your departure. Poop bags provided. GAS BBQ We’re happy to now offer a BBQ for you to enjoy during your stay — it’s perfect for outdoor meals! Please clean the BBQ after use (including the grill plate and drip tray). A $50 cleaning fee will apply if it’s left unclean. Don’t forget to turn off the gas bottle when you’re finished for safety. Maximum number of guests 5 (No schoolies, parties or gatherings) Other things to note If you have young children, please bring your own portable cot and cot bedding. GAS BBQ The BBQ must be moved from under the patio to the concrete area in front of the master bedroom when in use. Once finished, please return the BBQ to the undercover area to protect it from the weather. Please clean the BBQ after use (grill plate and drip tray). A $50 cleaning fee applies if left unclean. PETS If you a bringing your pet/s please bring your own pet bedding.
