With the sound of the sea crashing while you lie in bed, this truly unique holiday rental with uninterrupted sea views to the east is the ideal place to watch the sunrise in the most tranquil setting. Walking distance to the beach, pubs, shops, and cafes Rosslare Strand has to offer, you probably won The space As you arrive at the property you are met with ample parking to the front of the house and a veranda looking out to sea which is ideal for a morning coffee after a walk on the beach and watching the sun rise. Inside the front door to the left is an open plan entertaining space including fitted kitchen, dining space and living room complete with log burner for those winter nights with a glass of wine. Directly off the dining area through french doors is a sunny patio and outdoor dining area leading to a mature garden complete with BBQ area and log cabin with more entertaining space. The garden has an enclosed vegetable patch, and plenty of space for relaxing. The house sleeps up to 8 in four rooms, two doubles with en suite on the upper floor and on the ground floor two doubles. The master bathroom is on this floor with a walk in shower and his/hers sinks!! Guest access Guests have full access to the property during their stay.
