Super cozy small farm with sea view

Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique place, overlooking Lista Lighthouse to the south. The house is from 1720 and has been renovated the last time in the 80s. The old cozy expression has been preserved. The property has a common jetty by the sea - just a 5 minute walk from the house. Here there is a small beach and a bathing ladder you can use. I can arrange the rental of a recreational boat if desired. You can dock the boat in Urstadstrand which belongs to the property. Just reach out about this. The space The house has 4 double beds which are in each bedroom. All bedrooms as well as one of the bathrooms and the office are on the 2nd floor of the house. There is an old-fashioned steep staircase to get up to the 2nd floor. Guest access There is parking for 2 cars outside the garage. There is also room for 2-3 cars just outside the house. Other things to note Bed linen, soap and towels will be available.
