There is one bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. There is a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge, plus you have a washer and dryer. There is a large family room with TV, sofa and chairs plus a game area. There is also a twin bed and plenty of space for extra sleeping in the family room. You have French doors out to a deck that has a nice view and is perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a hot tub on the deck as well as a gas BBQ. There is an above ground pool down below the deck that will be open mid June-early Sept. Guest access You will also have access to 5 aces that the house sits on including gardens, bocce ball court and a lot of grass areas for walking and enjoying.
