Separate entrance through a private park, close to the city's main avenues, just a 20-minute walk to the historic center. The reservation is for the whole house. The space On the first level of the house is the full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, utensils, kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine, water purifier) with a service door. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room, the living room with the main entrance, the stairs, guest bathroom and access to a bedroom with a full bed. On the second level is the TV room, full bathroom and access to a bedroom with balcony, which has a full bed, wardrobe, closet and desk. The terrace is on the third level. The house has hot water 24 hours a day. Guest access The house is located within a closed residential area, which has a park for common use and that can be used without problem, the house does not have direct access to the street, however the distance to a street is only one property. Thus being a private, safe and noise-free space. Other things to note * A 1 1/2 square bed (twin bed) can be added in the second level bedroom at an extra cost. *All armchairs can be converted into a bed. *The kitchen water tap has a water purification system for direct consumption.
