Newly built Tiny house close to the jetty and the ferry

The home is newly built, CO2 neutral (solar and wind energy) and is located in a beautiful orchard. There are climbing trees, swings and a trampoline. Lawn with room for play. Short walk through the grass to the jetty, ideal for jumping, crab fishing and sunset. There is a shelter with afternoon/evening sun. The space The home is small but functional. It contains a large room with a kitchen (with two hobs, oven and dishwasher), dining area, sofa (sleeping) and wood-burning stove. There is a separate room with a double bed (140 cm) and dresser. A bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. The loft has full standing height and there are three mattresses, not suitable for small children or those with walking difficulties. Beautiful outdoor area with south/east facing terrace partially covered, outdoor bath and south facing garden. There's a shelter, a trampoline and a fire pit. The house is close to the ferry and the ferry can be heard and seen from the house.
