APARTMENT Equipped with a king size bed, TV room, full kitchen, private bathroom, private terrace, breakfast bar for 2 people, closet, private terrace with incredible partial views of the Caribbean Sea. KITCHEN Electric grill, microwave oven, sink, large refrigerator, full cooking utensils, full tableware, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, shot glasses... BATHROOM Small private bathroom with shower, hot water (small tank heater, you should take a shower of no more than 10 minutes), towels, air extractor, do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. CLOSET Closet with hangers, iron and ironing board TERRACE Private terrace with chairs and tables with direct view of FIFTH AVENUE. So there could be noise until 4am. Access to the apartment is with a key. On the top level we have the amenities, on the Roof Top you can find; an infinity pool, sauna (subject to availability), jacuzzi (subject to availability), gym, tables. You can take your drinks and food to the roof and enjoy a sunny day in the tranquility of the terrace. Other things to note We are located in the best area of Playa del Carmen, we are on 5th Avenue and 14th Street. Where you'll find the best restaurants, bars, shopping, apartments, hotels, and entertainment venues. (It can be a bit noisy at night until 4 am) Fully equipped, with everything you need for short and long stays. As a reminder, we provide clean towels and sheets (extra cost per change), toilet paper, and extra trash bags upon arrival. Once you finish them, you can buy more at any nearby supermarket. Power outages are common in Playa and are indefinite. They do not depend on us (but on Mexican electricity) and can happen at any time. It happens all over the neighborhood, like all over Playa. A maximum consumption of 20kwh per day is considered (in the case of a month's rental it would be 450kwh), which perfectly covers the needs of any customer. If this amount is exceeded, an excess charge will be made. If the keys are lost or forgotten inside the apartment, a locksmith will be called, and the cost will be borne by the guest. The rooftop Jacuzzi is not hot water. There is an elevator that takes you to level 6 (amenities) and 7 steps to the rooftop, reservation of amenities at reception). No cancellations or refunds.
