House with large garden, barbecue and wood-burning stove

House located in a very quiet environment. With a large front and back garden, a covered grill and 2 wood stoves. The interdepartmental bus stop (COPSA) is on the corner of the house. The beach and Sarandí stream are within a 10-15 minute walk. On the corner there is a kiosk with what you need and next to it an artisan bakery. IMPORTANT: The house includes sheets and towels only for stays longer than 5 days. The space The house is equipped for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and another with a sailor's bed. There are 2 TVs in the house with Netflix available for guests and only the living room TV has DirectTV. There are 3 air conditioners, one in each room. ** Toilet paper, 2 hand towels and bedding (blankets and quilts) are included in all stays. ** *** Sheets and bath towels are not included for stays of less than 5 days. *** Other things to note Pets 🐾 We welcome one pet per stay. To help keep the house in great condition for future guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: • Please bring your pet’s own blanket or bed. • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and may not use the house bedding. • Please pick up any waste in the garden before check-out.
