House located in a very peaceful setting. With a large garden in front and at the back, a covered grill and 2 wood stoves. The interdepartmental bus stop (COPSA) is on the corner of the house. The beach and Sarandí creek are within a 10-15 minute walk. On the corner there is a kiosk with what you need and next to it an artisan bakery. IMPORTANT: The house includes linens and towels for stays longer than 5 days only. The space The house is equipped for 4 people, with 2 rooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and another with a sea bed. There are 2 TVs in the house with Netflix available for guests and only the living room TV has DirectTV.
