Very quiet house to enjoy a family stay. A house from 1900 located on the only street in a village with 10 houses right in front of a 12th-century Romanesque Bridge surrounded by nature. Services such as shops, pharmacies, medical center, etc. 2 km away. We cannot allow pets in our house because we have allergies. The space It is a town house of about 180 m2 distributed over 3 floors, a loft and a garden of about 70 m2 with a Nordic tub (cold tub) of 2.20 m in diameter and 1.10 m deep made of cedar wood. All spaces are spacious. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60x2 m, a second bedroom with 3 single beds for our 3 children and in the loft we have a single sofa bed. As soon as you enter the house, you'll find the kitchen-dining room and a living area with a wood-burning fireplace and two armchairs. There is also a toilet and laundry area on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a full bathroom with shower and a closet area that leads to a room with three single beds overlooking the Romanesque bridge and nature. On the second floor we access a spacious living room with access to the backyard of the house where we find a terrace, garden area and a Nordic bathtub. There is also a double room with views of the Romanesque bridge and nature. Finally, there is a mezzanine with a single bed and a work area. Guest access We access the house by road and can park on the same street, in front of the house or upon entering the village we will find several spaces to park the vehicle. From the house, by bicycle, you can do multiple routes by dirt track or by road. You can also access the "via green del carrilet" 1 km, old train route and currently via pedestrian and bike route.
