Condo Felix (V#5) - Modern, family friendlly

Completely renovation and equipped with all your modern luxuries. This condo has it's own water tank and a filtration system (UV and sediment) Laundry with full size washer and dryer. Designed to suit travelling couples, small families or working nomads with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 225Mb Internet. Walking distance to world class restaurants and the famous Tamarindo night market. 400m (1300 feet) to the beach, 5min slow walk. 170m (560 feet) to the grocery store. 2min walk. The space 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms centrally located in Tamarindo, walking distance to everything. Perks of this condo - the condo complex has its own water tank, and then this condo has a backup water tank dedicated to only this unit, to hold extra water for the dry season, in Guanacaste there is normally a water shortage - you should never run out of water at our condo as we have a backup tank. Note: please be mindful of water usage especially during our dry season between December - May as the town periodically shuts down water without notice to conserve it. There is also a water filtration system by sediment, carbon and UV as well as a water softener for that added luxury comfort. WORKING-ON-THE-GO We have an internet speed of 225Mb for those working on the go. Each bedroom also has it's own working desk and chair for those who need a work station or some private space for conference calls. Guest access We have free parking right in front of the condo, there are no marked spaces, it is a first come first serve. The condo is located in the back of the condominium, with gate access on the right side of the property. Other things to note WATER: Water is a very precious resource here in Guanacaste. We do have a back-up water tank for the unit specifically, however, please be mindful of water usage especially during the month of DEC - MAY when we are without rain for months and the town shuts off water periodically to conserve water. Security Camera: There is one security camera at the main entrance of the unit to allow for guest-host communication.
