Fifteen miles from Marin County, ten miles from Oakland, eighteen miles from San Francisco and thirty miles from Napa, our home is your gateway to the SF Bay Area. Conveniently located between two BART stations, our bright, sunny cottage is also less than two miles from hiking/biking trails with breathtaking views of the region. The space The house is 1,032 square feet and was built in 1929, it is considered a "Richmond Tutor." It has two bedrooms, one bathroom (with tub), kitchen w/ breakfast nook and laundry room, dining room and living room with wood burning stove and central heat. The bathroom was renovated two years ago and the kitchen last year. The back bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, book shelf, closet; the front bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, closet and small office area. Dining room has a table that expands to seat eight, living room has two large leather couches with a television and sound system, kitchen has a four burner gas stove/oven, new countertops, a breakfast nook that can be used as an office, and a laundry room with a large pantry/storage and a new washer and dryer. The backyard has a veggie area and dining area and a good amount of privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.
