10 minutes from the airport, access to the highway, 40 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the center of Nantes and at the entrance to the ring road, the house is ideally located for discovering the region. In a friendly subdivision with green spaces for children, quiet, the house is a 2-minute walk from shops and the Chronobus C4 (which will take you to the center of Nantes in 30 minutes). The garden will welcome you for a relaxing time. The space I have 3 bedrooms for rent all grouped together in the same part of the house. I don't have a microwave or TV. I work from home and sometimes I give yoga classes some evenings until 9 p.m., in this case I ask everyone to limit the noise in the common areas until the end of the class. The house is ideally located, a few minutes from public transport and shops (bakery, butcher, organic store 7 minutes away, tobacco press, bank...), restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese, traditional) Guest access Working from home, I am happy to make available to you (only in the morning and evening) the kitchen, the living room overlooking the particularly pleasant garden, and the fireplace for cold winter evenings. During your stay I'll do my best to let you know about the tours you can take in the area. Other things to note I can offer you: - depending on my availability, to pick you up or drive you to the airport for 1/2 the fare of a taxi, - an organic breakfast for an additional €10 per person to be booked the day before. The house is non-smoking, not the garden! I am flexible on check-in and checkout times except when another guest is arriving. It's all about making it work for everyone.
