Fields surround the gravel drive down to the walkway and its not uncommon to spot deer, rabbits, and many birds along the way. The illuminated walkway brings you to the house which is surrounded by a rambling brook/stream on both sides. A large wood deck is the perfect place to sit out and enjoy the sounds of nature. The house has three levels and has a open spacious floor plan. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including GE Profile Stainless Steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is Wi-Fi .The laundry room features front loading washer/dryer. Dining room has a large table and seating for eight. The mid level bedrooms (one queen bed, one full) each have a full bath. The half bath is in the laundry room, off the kitchen. The bottom level is a huge room with a walk out and fireplace and a queen bed. The back of the house features a 'glass room' with a futon that could sleep one or two more people. There are three full size couches that could easily sleep three more. It is a long walk to the door down a deck. It is NOT steep, but there aren't handrails until the bottom section. We recommend to bring your own drinking water as this home is on a well/septic system.
