Quintas del Mar house/private pool/beach

Quintas del Mar is an ideal place to vacation, you find access to a very quiet and beautiful beach. The pool and splash pool area allows you to enjoy as a family, you can also sunbathe and sit in the palapas. In the house, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably, in addition to a private pool with a pleasant patio, (parties are not allowed) it is only for use of coexistence, no loud music, there are regulations to respect. You'll love staying here. The space The Villa is very cozy and each space has its own air conditioning. Master bedroom with king size bed, in the secondary bedrooms 2 single beds in each. The place can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, however the Villa is equipped for 7 people. The private pool in the courtyard is just for you, (no parties), plus a garden area. All areas have been remodeled, we will soon upload better photos, a totally new pool. Guest access It has a pool in the patio area, currently it is only for the exclusive use of the Villa. Parties are not allowed. In addition to the pools in the common area with access to the beach, the beach area is approximately 300 meters from the Villa. Other things to note It is one of the few places with direct beach access. The Villa, as I mentioned, has a pool in the patio for exclusive use.
