Smith's Mountain Retreat

Forget your worries at our Mountain Retreat, nestled in between the Upper & Lower Conconully lakes. Within walking distance to Sit N Bull & Redrock Saloon, the town & State Park. Conconully is an adventurer's paradise, ATV/snowmobile right from the Cabin, hike, swim, fish, hunt & explore, or just relax & watch the local wildlife right from the house. Just pack your clothes & food, everything else is provided for you. Don't forget to pay our pet deposit if you plan to bring your furry friend! The space Our newly renovated Interior includes 3 private bedrooms, a bunkroom and 2.5 bathrooms. We are still working on the landscaping and will continue to improve upon our home. Guest access The whole house and fenced property, including the firepit, BBQ and 36" Blackstone is available for use while you're our guests. The shop, shed and carport are our private property. Other things to note Our home is Pet friendly with an additional $150 pet fee (it takes us 2-3x longer to clean with pets). Our pet fee includes 2 dogs/stay. Please contact us if you have other requests, more than two dogs or other animal requests (we get it, our girls want to travel with their chickens and bunnies on the regular). To pay the Pet Fee, click reserve, then on the confirm and pay screen click 'edit guest' and add the pet fee from there. if pet fee is not paid up front, you will be subject to an additional fee after check out. Cell Service- there is limited to no cell service in the town of Conconully (depending on carrier), we do have WiFi in the house, you can use WiFi calling if you need to communicate.
