As you step into Dolor Cottage, you're welcomed by sleek slate floors and warm inviting interiors. The sitting room exudes comfort, with two plush sofas and a large wingback chair arranged around a cosy wood-burning stove. Relax in front of the Smart television and unwind with a movie or perhaps an episode of Poldark, filmed just a short drive away in West Penwith. Beyond the sitting room, the well-equipped kitchen and dining area await. It's complete with everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals, including a four-ring induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The farmhouse table sits at the heart of the space, where special family moments ignite. The shower-room completes the ground floor, the perfect spot to freshen up after the beach! Up the open-tread stairs, you'll find three beautifully styled bedrooms, each adorned with luxurious linens. Two of the bedrooms boast sumptuous double beds and the third bedroom comes complete with lovely twin beds. All three bedrooms are south-facing, offering sea glimpses. Bedroom one has the added opulence of an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom, beautifully appointed with a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Head outside, through the garage, with an additional fridge/freezer and ascend a few steps to your unique terrace with unbeatable sea views. Equipped with a telescope (only available for selective months) and bistro table it's the perfect spot to watch the passing ships heading to and from the docks in nearby Falmouth, while you enjoy a spot of lunch. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs are welcome, small additional charge. The parking area has an EV car charging point for guests to use, small additional charge. A complimentary starter pack will be awaiting for you on your arrival containing fresh coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk.
