To your left is a shower room, come straight off the beach and into the shower to wash off the sea, suncream and sand! The sitting room has two comfortable sofas and a large wing back chair, all set around the wood burning stove and the large Smart television, which also has the full Sky package. Snuggle up and watch a film or perhaps a re-run of Poldark, all filmed in West Penwith, just a short drive away. Via the sitting-room you enter the well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you will find all that you need to prepare a feast for family and friends, all enjoyed around the central farmhouse table. Open tread stairs lead up to the three modern, white carpeted bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all south facing with luxury white linens and super soft bedding, and boasting glimpses of the sea. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room and along the corridor you will find the modern family bathroom. Outside, through the garage, which doubles up as a play room with a football table and conveniently stores an additional fridge/freezer, up some steps, you will find the small but rather unique terrace, long and narrow with spectacular sea views and a telescope that has thoughtfully been provided to help you keep a check on the shipping toing and froing from the docks at nearby Falmouth.
