Nearly all furniture, beds & appliances are new. It is an open floor plan that combines the living/family room with the kitchenette and the dining area. There is a brand new forced air furnace with an independent Thermostat as well as in-unit Bosch washer & drier. Apartment would be great for 3 business travelers (who need the privacy of 3 separate rooms) or 2 - 3 couples. Other things to note We are a family with children & two dogs and live upstairs. You might see us occasionally on the backyard or in front of the house, feel free to stop by and say hi :). The dogs run through the house and bark occasionally but we try to be very conscious of noise and are normally in bed relatively early. There is plenty of free street parking but please watch for street cleaning signs and do not block neighbors' driveways.
