Both with inbuilt wardrobes and hangers to make your stay comfortable. - split system Air conditioning unit - Spacious Lounge and Living space - A luscious outdoor undercover patio, great for BBQ’s, and private Dinning. - A Hand woven hammock chair to enjoy lounging, reading and relaxing. - Outdoor High stools for enjoying breakfast or drinks at the kitchen sliding window. -Direct private access to the Communal front lawn, and a short 2 min stroll to the calm bay. -Guests have access to 1 undercover car park. Guest access A short stroll from "our little Tootgarook" will lead you to our local foreshore, on your way you will enjoy grabbing a gourmet breakfast and coffee from the local cafe located on the corner of the street, cross the main road to discover a family friendly bike/ walking track which runs along the beautiful beach. Enjoy time along the quiet foreshore. Alternatively take a car ride and explore the many beautiful beaches the peninsula has to offer including the Sorrento rock pools, Rye Pier, or even drive to the Cape Schanck lighthouse. Visit our local vineries for lunch including "Cups Estate" located a short drive away, or one of the beautiful hot spring resorts near by. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down after 11pm.
