The apartment is situated on the ground floor, so no endless stairs walking! When entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the bright full hallway with art photography covering the walls, where you can hang your coats and, if wanted, leave your shoes behind. Walking further you will find a full equipped kitchen on your right and both living & bedroom on your left. The newly renovated bathroom is in between these two spaces. The living room has comfi couch. It's filled with pillows and this is most def the place where you can chill out, read a book, watch television or turn on the SONOS system to listen to nice music if wanted. The living room has a round dining table with four comfortable chairs. The personal touch will be next to the art also the black & white pictures covering the wall. Back in the hallway you will find the newly renovated bathroom to your left with a nice full on rain shower and a separate sink area plus toilet. Next to the bathroom you will find a bookshelf with both Dutch & English books for you to read. Past the bookshelf you will enter the bedroom with a nice, big, very comfortable king size bed. On the opposite of the bed you will have the possibility to store your clothes in the middle section of the closet. Just push the door slowly to the right. Walking a bit further you will be able to enter the back garden via the bedroom. This is by the way also possible via the kitchen. You will find yourself on a covered patio with a charming outside sitting area looking into the garden. When it gets dark it's super nice to light up the little, hanging lanterns. The kitchen is situated when entering the house to your right. It is fully equipped with pretty much everything necessary. It includes a dishwasher, cooking area with oven, blender, Nespresso machine and both fridge and freezer. In the drawers you will find cutlery, glasses and pans. Everything there is for your use, so if you plan to cook please endulge yorself in the nice spices and oils available. Guest access You will have access to all area's of the house and outside garden. Other things to note Since the apartment is situated on the ground floor and Amsterdam housing is quite closed up, you will sometimes hear soft sounds from the upstairs or next door neighbours.
