Our villa has a breathtaking view on Cagliari bay and on Genn’e Mari beach which is reachable by walk in 10/15 mins. The villa is located on a hill with a private road. The villa has an amazing infinity pool and is oriented towards the sunset The space BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The villa has 3 double bedrooms: - one double bedroom with view on the porch (bedroom 1 in pictures) - one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bedroom 2 in the pictures) - one other double bedroom (bedroom 3 in the pictures) There is another big bathroom in the corridor between the three bedrooms and another external bathroom: total of 3 bathrooms. UPPER PART The upper part of the villa is an independent flat which is not rentable but don’t worry, it won’t be occupied by anyone during your stay INFINITY POOL Our infinity pool is what you need to enjoy in full your stay. It is automatic so you don’t have to worry about anything. The depth starts from 1cm and arrives to 2.10m in the center. All the swimming pool area is safe but please, be responsible. The pool area has 4+ sun beds and a big umbrella. BED SHEETS AND TOWELS bed sheets and towels will be changed every week, please DON’T wash them independently (a penality will apply in case). CLEANING you will find the villa perfectly cleaned and settled for your arrival and it will be cleaned again after your arrival, so don’t worry about cleaning: just relax! If you feel like needing another cleaning session during your stay, we can arrange it without problems. Guest access The villa has space for 2 cars at the entrance, after the gate. The road which brings to the villa is a hill road which may seem a little steep but don’t worry, go slow and you won’t have problems. Other things to note SEWERAGE AND GARBAGE RULES The houses in this area don’t have a sewerage system but just a water collecting underground pool. For this reason, it is important to pay attention to the use of water: please don’t let water running from the sinks or showers if you don’t use it. The collecting pool will be empty at your arrival and will be more than enough for your stay, But in case of excessive use of water we charge a penalty of 200€ which corresponds to the price of emptying the collecting pool. Please don’t throw anything but toilet paper in the WCs. you will find a garbage station on the back of the house with different bins for different types of garbage.
