A cosy farm cottage, with lots of character.

Immerse yourself in this unique commoning family farm experience, located in the heart of the New Forest. The cottage is self contained within the centre of the farm. Woodland walks, New Forest sightseeing and cycling are on your doorstep. If you are looking for a chilled out holiday then try our luxurious hot tub or put your feet up in front of the cosy log burner or fire pit. A wonderful place to make memories, relax as a couple and have fun as a family. The space There is a self contained fully fitted kitchen, relaxing lounge with log burning stove and a dining area. There are some old low beams within the property so you may need to duck a little in places. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable double bed with fully fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed, with cupboards and dressing table. The little ‘den’ bedroom is a great space for children aged 6 and up! It is accessible by ladder style steps to a mezzanine floor, with a single bed and cupboard. ( please bear in mind 5 feet 4 “, is maximum headroom! ) We have a lovely hot tub for you to use during your stay, in order to keep the costs to a reasonable level and for health reasons, we politely ask that your dip is for no more than an hour at a time. Locally there are some beautiful lanes to explore in the New Forest National Park. Bus routes from Cadnam, with open top bus tours during the summer months. Cycling and walking are on your doorstep. Other things to note We are pleased to be able to offer our guests the sole use of a wonderful hot tub, perfectly positioned to be able to relax after a busy day sightseeing, walking or cycling. We would be delighted to offer our guests breakfast boxes, featuring eggs and meat from our own livestock - including eggs, sausages and bacon!
