Lower level patio features the hot tub, a firepit, and seating. We are ATV & Snowmobile friendly - with ample trailer parking and quick access to both trailheads. Located in the Northern Black Hills - close to skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking and biking. Short drive to Spearfish Canyon and Historic Deadwood is minutes away. Guests have access to the entire house. During your stay, I am available via email, text or phone call. This home is perched on a hill overlooking the town of Lead as well as a portion of the Black Hills. It's quiet and only a few neighbors. The local grocery, liquor and hardware stores are just down the hill. Property is on paved city roads. Taxi's are available year round. When coming in the winter 4 wheel drive isn't needed but good tires are a plus to help you get around when the roads are slick. If more room is needed we have a house across the road that accomodates 18. The roads leading to the home are paved city streets. The two stahl garage and driveway are paved. We do have two large gravel trailer parking areas. One is located next to the garage and the other is a half moon area located in the lawn landscape. If you need a larger home than 10 , we do have another home across the street that can accomodate 19.
