Urbanci has kept its traditional charm — no bars, no shops — offering pure relaxation and a true connection with unspoiled nature. The space The house's location is a great spot for discovering Slovenia's Istria region and the whole country. The countryside offers beautiful views, charming villages, and interesting historical sites to explore. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away. You can reach Ljubljana in an hour, Venice in 2 hours, or take the train from Trieste. There are lots of beaches nearby like Koper (11 km), Izola (16 km), Piran (20 km), and Trieste (only 10 minutes away). You can go for walks, bike rides, rock climbing, or simply read a book to relax and find some peace away from the busy life. The house is spacious and has a positive atmosphere. House Šterna is a perfect mix of modern comfort and old-fashioned charm, giving you a unique experience. It has a living room and a kitchen all in one space, making it cozy and roomy. This blend of modern and old-style can be seen in every detail, catching your eye. The house has two comfortable bedrooms and three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the living-kitchen area). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and everything else you need. You'll find spices, oil, vinegar, trash bags, and dishwashing tools in the kitchen. The washing machine is in a separate room along with an extra toilet, making things even more convenient. You'll enjoy the modern flat-screen TV and access to Netflix in the living room. A special thing about House Šterna is the "šterna" or traditional well, with a glass cover in the living room. This well isn't just a decoration; it also brings good energy into the house. House Šterna was newly built and finished in 2022. We offer parking right in front of the house and free Wi-Fi. The outside of the house is lovely, with a comfy terrace and a Mediterranean garden where you can enjoy meals at the table or relax on comfy lounge chairs. The place is a great starting point to explore the beauty, peace, and genuine feeling of the village of Urbanci and nearby towns. The road leading to the house is not a highway, but an authentic typical Istrian road with curves, guiding you through untouched nature.
