The nearest beach is also only 15 mins away The space This 3 bed, character cottage is spacious and with a luxurious and individual feel to it. A generous outdoor space front and rear where guests can relax. The patio dining area with barbecue sits opposite the hot tub and offers guests a place to soak up the sun and stars! The small summerhouse at the front offers guests a retreat to either read a book (or maybe take themselves away with their laptop!) or even to just enjoy a coffee or relax/meditate on their own. The layout is through the front door into a vestibule area for cloaks and then into a generous sized dining kitchen - perfect for family dining, socialising and playing games. The kitchen is separated by stairs to the upper floor with a living area located the other side of the stairs and leading into the rear garden . The living area has two sofas and an occasional chair and has ambient lighting and a fireplace with log burning fire. The room is beautifully furnished and perfect for relaxing, In winter, it is very cosy indeed with the log-fire burning. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The first is a king size room with ensuite shower room and toilet. Again, luxurious furnished with a boutique field. It is a warm and inviting space with ambience lighting and there is a smart TV with remote control. The second bedroom is a double – again with private ensuite this time with a bath and overhead shower toilet and vanity sink set against a beautiful stone wall feature. The third bedroom is a smaller room with two full- size singles arranged as a bunkbed so suitable for adults and children alike . The third shower room and toilet adjacent to it service this room or it is available for all guests to use . Outside the rear garden features a dining patio, luxury, covered hot tub with lighting and a stone barbecue/pizza oven with herb basket, The front garden has the summerhouse – perfect for a little private space where you can take yourself away with a book, a cup of tea or maybe even a G &T. Outside the front door, the property also benefits from a pet station with hose so you can wash your dogs down after a muddy walk. The properties have safety key boxes and codes are provided on the day of the stay when the codes are changed upon changeover. Other things to note SERVICES We offer a free concierge service and will happily offer advice, book restaurants, organise shopping and assist with celebration planning. We can arrange for flowers and other surprise items on arrival and will generally help in any way we can. To facilitate requests, we ask that you please give as much notice as possible. HOT TUB Please note that we do not provide towels for the beach or the hot tub We provide a bath towel per person and there is a hand towel in each bathroom but you may wish to bring extras, particularly if you plan to use the hot tub.
