Master bedroom queen bed with bathroom and TV . Second floor bedroom Queen size bed with TV. Pull out sofa . 2 1/2 bath Cape all to yourself. Beautiful location in Portsmouth. Complimentary coffee and tea. Screened in front porch to enjoy a relaxing coffee in the morning or a BBQ and cocktails in the evening after a day of adventures. Quite peaceful neighborhood with nearby walking trails. Close to downtown coffee shops, restaurants and tax free NH shopping and Kittery Maine outlet malls. The space Near historic downtown Portsmouth 1.5 mile walk, drive or Uber. Scenic river & ocean & island tour boats. Historic sites include Strawberry Banke colonial village, several historic houses, and several restored oceanfront forts. Two hours to NH White Mountains, 1 hour to Boston, 1 hour to Portland ME, 4 miles to Rye Beach and Atlantic Ocean. Several nearby Golf courses. Most Churches within 1 1/2 miles. Guest access The front door has a code system to enter. The home has kitchen, dining room Living room, , 1st floor bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom, loft area with fold out couch, 2 1/2 bathrooms and large screened in front porch. There is a washer and dryer located in the Master bedroom bathroom. All TVs are run by Roku. The TVs will be in Guest Mode. Easy follow directions. You will need your Streaming apps information (user name and password) if you want to watch you favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ect... Other things to note 2nd bedroom is on the second floor. There is an electric fireplace for ambiance! We please do not use it for heat. You can use it for the for the flicking fire and crackling sound. Washer and dryer are located in the Master bathroom. Dedicated work space located on second floor ( loft area) Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in our HOME, PORCH , BASEMENT or GARAGE!! THIS IS VERY STRICT RULE !! There is smoking in front of the garage with a container to put cigarettes buts in.
