DEJA BLUE is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath Vacation Rental By Owner with a Private Pool, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants you could imagine in Destin, Florida. The Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood is walking distance to the beach (0.2 Mile), shopping, and many restaurants. The kitchen and living areas are fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We are Pet Friendly with owner approval. The space Pets allowed under Owner Approval Only Extras There are a number of extras at the House for your use. PacknPlay (please bring your own sheet, High Chair, 2 Bedrails, DVD’s, Board Games, Red Street Wagon, Beach Cart, Scooter, Beach/Pool Toys), Small Cooler, Large Wire Dog Crate (all of these are subject to availability – I can have confirmed if necessary) Guest access Guests have access to entire Home and Property. There is also a Community Pool Guests may also access 6 houses away. Other things to note Renters must be over 25 years old. We DO NOT rent to High School/College Spring Breakers or Chaperoned Groups. **We do request no wet bathing suits/clothing on indoor furniture**
