Greetings and Welcome to THE KENSINGTON. This is my Home and I'd love to share it with you. Fitted out in an eclectic Industrial style, My apartment has loads of space and 270 Deg Views out across Docklands and the City Skyline, and directly opposite is the Moonee Ponds Creek with water views as well as the CityLink Elevated roadway. Very secure and private it's a truly luxurious place to live in, and I hope you will love it as much as I do. Update external works expected to be completed Q2 2026 The space The actual apartment is massive in comparison to others and offers THE BEST Views in Kensington. Best enjoyed on a warm night out on the terrace with a glass of red. Boasting two bedrooms each with a Queen Bed, the apartment is best suited to 1 or 2 couples or perhaps a small family. Note (No additional guests allowed max 2 couples). Feel free to put your luggage under the bed in the Master and use the storage provided. Remote to the automated blinds and curtains can be found attached to the bed head. Likewise the left wardrobe in the second bedroom is also available for you to use as are the storage cabinets. Theres also wall mounted TV's in each bedroom. There's a bath towel and hand towel for each guest. If you need extra please let me know, and a selection of Pillows for you to use. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail in the bathroom are both set to automated timers so you never need to touch them or worry about switching them off. In the kitchen you have at your disposal my pots and pans some basics in the pantry such as salt pepper spices, oil etc, and of course help yourself to tea coffee sugar, milk, condiments in the fridge. If you want a smoothie then the NutriBullet is ready to go, but if you prefer a hot beverage then the Lavazza Coffee machine is yours to use. Dishwasher and Microwave are also available for you. In the Laundry you will find the washer and dryer, washing detergent, iron, ironing board, drying rack, mops, Vacuum etc. The 75 inch TV in the lounge room is a smart TV connected to WiFi so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, or FreeView etc as well as connect your laptop to the HDMI cable on the bottom shelf. You may also plug your laptop into the Monitor in the in the Study Nook. In the buffet console you will find some games and spare placemats. Heating or Cooling can be controlled from the thermostat. Refer to House Rules Booklet for operating instructions. Guest access Access into the building is via secure FOB. Same FOB is used to take the glass lift up to level 4 or level 1 common area garden. Access into the apartment is with a key. Ample free parking is available on the Street including Hardiman Street around the corner. (However most of it is now timed 2-3 HRS till the evening) even so parking and traffic are almost never a problem. Other things to note On the Kitchen table you will find a black folder with the house rules as well and tips and general information. Please observe the House Rules specifically the one about No Excessive Noise and NO Parties. Also note Maximum of 4 guests allowed.
