Our apartment is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Excellent location, upscale area, with quick access to downtown, Recoleta, and Palermo. 2 blocks from Barrio Chino and Vía Viva. 400m from FLENI and Instituto ICBA. 15 blocks from River Plate Stadium. Just 5 minutes to the subway and train stations. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, subway, buses, and the Ecobici bike system. The apartment is on the 1st floor (stairway). The space The apartment has 46 sq meters in a really quite building. 1 living room + 1 bedroom + kitchen + 1 bathroom In the living room you will the sofa with a carpet, the table with 2 chairs and an air conditioning (heat/cold modes) The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric oven with 4 burners, electric kettle, bread toaster, and coffee maker. You will find some spices, salt, sugar, sweetener, dishes, and some kitchen tools. The room has a 32 inches TV, with access to youtube and Netflix (using your own user). It also has an electric stove and if you need we can provide a fan in case the air conditioning of the living room is not enough. Guest access The keys will be provided personally by the host at the premises. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor, so you will have to use a stairway to access. This apartment fits a maximum of two people only (1 bed). Not smoking nor parties are allowed Just consider not to turn on all the heaters in the kitchen because it could cut off the electric power controller
