The house has a very fast Internet connection (1,000 Mbps) and extensive Wi-Fi. ATTENTION: In the entrance area and in the bathroom of the suite there are open beams of the listed roof construction. Guests taller than 175/180 cm must move carefully here. Guest access The half-timbered house is part of a former farmstead. Access to the protected courtyard is by pin code. Each resident receives a token for the electric door locks at the front entrance, at the back entrance and for the entrance door to their own suite. There are several public parking lots in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The core of shared apartment life is the common kitchen: It is well equipped and has everything you need for quick or even ambitious cooking. High-quality heavy Sillit pots and pans, a selection of our favorite cookbooks, Kitchen-Aid, Ritzenhoff dishes, wine cooler, coffee maker, dining table, 43-inch TV. The dining area separated by half-timbered beams with a large dining table, private TV monitor and Pac-Man console invites you to gatherings and sociable evenings with up to 6 people. Thus, the common area becomes the center and heart of life in the suitelife community. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room you will find more community rooms: the laundry room with washing machine and dryer (Miele), a separate toilet and a cozy outdoor seating area.
