This is a newly remodeled home that offers bedrooms, a pool, a game room and a pool house with attached bathroom. Upon entry, you'll find lots of natural light throughout the home. This home provides an open floorplan concept between the kitchen, living room and dining room space. This home has a Smart TV, Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all ~~~~~CLEANING~~~~ The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking. -In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options. -Yes, you can pay "tomorrow" or "next week", but it is likely someone else will book it before you as this home is booked 95% of the time. Early check-in, Late check-out: We appreciate your interest in our accommodations and want to ensure a seamless experience during your stay. Please note that, due to our cleaning staff needing time to prepare for the next booking, early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible. To alleviate any inconvenience, we recommend booking an additional night if your travel plans involve arriving early or departing late. For instance, if your flight departs at 6 PM and our standard check-out time is 10 AM, booking an extra night will provide the flexibility you need. If you're arriving earlier than our 3 PM check-in time, reserving the night before ensures you can settle in at your convenience. Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm. No Late Check-outs as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests. ~~~CHECK OUT~~~ We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder. ~~CHECK-OUT TIME~~~ IS 10AM SHARP - Cleaning staff will arrive at 10am sharp to clean for the same day guests. Other things to note POOL RULES: -unsupervised kids are not allowed to swim in the pool -no diving in the shallow end -No lifeguard on Duty -you swim at your own risk -No FOOD or DRINKS inside the pool -No loud music throughout the day -Absolutely NO noise or swimming after 8pm or before 10am (neighbors will make a noise complaint) Pool guys shows up on Mondays. Gardener and Jacuzzi Cleaners show up on Thursdays. Both services are quick and usually they will be out within 30 min.
