The space Ideal for nature lovers, our house is compact but has everything you need for a few days of rest and contact with the countryside. With space for 4 guests, it offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere, providing a true feeling of refuge in the mountains. On cooler evenings, light the fireplace and let the warmth and soft light create a cosy atmosphere. It's the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the surrounding natural wonders. This is our low cost house, designed to be accessible to everyone while providing an authentic and warm experience in the Gerês. Location - Our house is located in a rural area. The access area, although it is short-distance, is quite steep and the surface is parallel, which can make parking difficult for less experienced drivers. However, on the main road there is a space where public parking spaces can be accessed. Heating - as featured in the Airbnb listing, our only form of heating is an open fireplace in the living room/kitchen space. - **Use of Sofa Bed:** If you wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen. Otherwise, we'll assume you're a couple, and the sheets for a bed will be prepared. - **Accommodation Bulletin:** It is mandatory to complete the "Accommodation Bulletin" before check-in. This form is crucial for arranging the details of your stay and granting access to the property. - **No parties or extra guests:** Under no circumstances are parties or additional guests allowed. **Your Booking Responsibility:** We kindly ask all guests to carefully read and understand these house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation Doing so ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for all.
