Equipped with everything you might need for your stay, the apartment features a furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the entire city equipped with an armchair, perfect for relaxing and resting after a busy day exploring the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The small bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note It may be possible to hear some construction sounds during the day as a hotel is being built in close proximity to the property. We apologise for any inconvenience and disturbance it may cause. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
