We have a beautiful house newly built and located in C-scheme at a premium location which is 3.2 kms away from the Railway Station and about 2.8 kms from the bus stand yet away from all the commotion .It's a spacious area with a fully ventilated living room having different sitting areas for watching TV or for sipping a cup of Coffee and a dinning table to enjoy your meals. There is a modular kitchen with basic cutlery and utensils. All the 3 bedrooms have an attached Bathroom and a balcony. The space I have a 3 bedroom homestay on the first floor of my house with en-suite bathrooms that will be perfect for your stay. The homestay comes with amenities such as AC , free Wi-Fi and parking. The rooms are spacious with each room having a separate balcony. There is big living area for dining , Watching Tv and for sipping a cup of coffee while working. We also have a huge terrace for guests to enjoy a walk anytime during the day. Guests have access to a basic equipped kitchen on the same floor. Guest access Guests will have an access to the entire first floor that consists of 3 well lit rooms with Balconies and a huge living area and a big kitchen. There is a terrace also on the floor above which can be used by the guests for taking a walk or having their meals. Our common spaces include the front lawn, stairway and the parking. Other things to note Check in time is 1 Pm and Check out time is 10 am. Early check-in may be possible as per availability. In the unlikely event that we somehow manage to give you an early check in or late check out by a margin of 2 hours, you will have to pay a fee of Rs. 2,000/- since our staff has to put extraordinary effort in a very short span of time to turn the apartment around. Also, if check in is between 11 pm and 6.30 am a tip of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid directly to our staff who will usher you in. Our staff works very hard and this is just a way to keep them motivated to serve you at their best. India is a power deficient Country, so we request you to be mindful of the power and water usage during your stay with us. Please switch off all the electrical appliances such as geysers, air conditioners, fans and lights whenever you leave the apartment. Our staff will do their duty and switch off these electrical items (other than the fridge) incase you fail to do so, and this will be done with your implied permission. Housekeeping will be done from 9:30 am to 11 am everyday. Housekeeping requests outside this fixed time will be entertained if, our team has the bandwidth to do so.
