Guest suite in Boise

This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed and one sofa that converts into a queen bed. We can also provide a pack-and-play. Street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills trails and Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill. The space Please note: we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, and have built in time between bookings in order to thoroughly clean the unit. The bedroom has a queen bed, suitcase stand, and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, flatwear, coffeemaker (with coffee and condiments), a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooktop (hotplate). The bathroom has a stall shower, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, as well as a blow dryer. The sitting area has a large comfy sofa that converts into a queen bed. Guest access You will have total private access to the apartment through a separate entrance. There is a door to the main house with locks on both sides. There is street parking only in front of the house, please. Other things to note Ernestine the Yellow Labrador may greet you upon your arrival.
