The property is located a few steps from the Central Market, in an extremely lively area full of shops, less than 10 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. The accommodation consists of a living area, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, moka, kettle, small electric oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and TV; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, chest of drawers and small walk-in closet/storage closet; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (1 split), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
