High-Speed ● Internet ● It has self-checkin Free ● parking right around the house, no property will be used or blocked. ● It is very quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. ● The unit is on the first level and has a wide entrance, ideal for wheelchair users. Space size 14x14 sq ft. ● The bathroom is newly remodeled - comfortable and accessible with hot water available. Bathroom size 8x5.5 sq ft. ● The apartment has new A/C ● One (1) Full Bed ● One (1) spacious couch that also serves as a Twin bed ● A hammock, balcony, patio and private garden ● Kitchenette: Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and snacks. ● TV, Iron, Hair Dryer, Hair Iron Regular and beach ● towels, sheets. ● It is not allowed to do 'early check-in' without prior authorization as there may be other guests. ● We provide earplugs for each guest due to the close proximity to the airport and highway ● No additional people are accepted beyond the number of people registered in each reservation (maximum 3 people). Non-registered additional persons have a charge of $200. IMPORTANT: You must add the exact number of people in the reservation to provide the correct number of towels, earplugs and water bottles. IMPORTANT: Due to the constant power outages that have occurred on the island since Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes, we installed a battery electric generator so that you can enjoy electricity during your vacation at all times. Just let me know if there's a problem with the electricity to turn it on so you can use the fans (the A/Cs don't work on battery power) IMPORTANT: If you bring your pet, it is your responsibility to clean the area where your pet will be at the end of your stay. Likewise, you will be responsible for paying for or replacing any equipment or furniture that your pet may damage. COVID-19 Cleaning Process We pay special attention to the cleaning process. Prior to each guest's arrival, we disinfect all surfaces, spaces, and objects. We have now strengthened our cleaning efforts by following the strict recommendations of the CDC. You'll also find products to disinfect against viruses and bacteria in the house before, during and after your stay. Guest access Central location just steps from supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies. Less than 15 minutes by car from beaches in Isla Verde and Piñones, Old San Juan, Santurce, shopping centers, 24/7 gas stations, airport, police station, laundry and more. Spacious and fast availability of Uber and taxis so you can explore every corner of the island at your own pace. There are security cameras located on the property. The first camera is located at the entrance of the property on the balcony at the top corner on the left, pointing towards the entrance gate and towards the street and sidewalk. The second security camera is located in the property's patio, pointing towards the entrance door of the second space. These cameras will record 24/7 for security reasons. Other things to note If you need transportation from the airport to the property for a small additional cost, I can pick you up. If you need any product for personal use other than those I include, you can take it for a minimal cost (they are indicated). For any other requests, the Host will be available 24/7 via the Airbnb app messaging.
