Your relaxing getaway in the beating heart of Eastwood City The space THE PLACE - This 34-square-meter modern corner studio features a floor-to-ceiling soundproof window with views of Eastwood City. Blackout curtains ensure restful sleep, and a silent split-type air-conditioning unit provides optimal comfort. Relax on the three-seater sofa while watching Netflix on Google TV, or enjoy panoramic city views from the window-side coffee table. Versatile ceiling lights and a lamp let you customize the ambiance to suit your mood. LIVING & DINING - Dining set for two and tableware for four, a chest of drawers and three-seater sofa bed where you can relax while watching a movie on the 43" smart LED TV or seat by the window to enjoy city view. DOUBLE BED - features a premium mattress for GREAT SLEEP, supplied with bed-sheets, blanket, pillows IN THE CLOSET - Clothes hangers, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and drawers that provide ample storage space for both short and long stays. KITCHEN - Our modular kitchen maximizing both functionality and style. The efficient layout includes cabinets and a worktop equipped with a two-range electric cooktop and an exhaust hood. It also boasts a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, stainless steel pots and pans, basic kitchen utensils, a rice cooker, microwave, and electric kettle. BATHROOM AND SHOWER - Equipped with hot and cold water, a bidet, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, bath towels, a floor mat, and toilet paper. Guest access Our building provides 24/7 friendly front desk assistance for general information in using facilities. RECREATIONAL AMENITIES The following amenities are managed by the building: - Swimming pool - Yoga room - Game room - Badminton court Please note the building may limit the number of guests allowed in certain amenities at a time. Usage fees apply and are paid directly to the building administration. PARKING There are several paid parking options in Eastwood City, with one conveniently located near where I am hosting. Other things to note Important Information - FIRE SAFETY Our unit is conveniently located next to fire exit, in case of an emergency the building is equipped with alarm system and fire escape route with fire exit signs. Our unit is equipped with smoke detector and fire sprinklers in every room, the kitchen is also supplied with a fire extinguisher. In the unlikely event of building evacuation DO NOT use the elevators. - SECURITY Our Building has 24 /7 security personnel on site, only registered guests can access the building floors, (a registered guest is a booked person with ID record on file with building admin prior check - in ) for added security CCTV cameras are fitted in selected public areas of the building. -GUESTS ALTERATIONS Guests can be added at any time during your stay ( by 4 PM for same day requests ) kindly note that the full length of the stay will be charged for each guest. Please note that on or after the arrival date, cancellations or swapping guest are not permitted. -SECURE ACCESS You will receive one access card upon registration at the concierge in exchange for a valid ID. Please return the card to the concierge at checkout. Charges apply for unreturned or damaged cards. - KEYLESS ENTRY The place is secured by a Keyless entry systems allow you to securely unlock and lock the main door without using a key. A unique door code for each guest is only active through the entire stay. Guests must lock the main door when not in the room, the host is not responsible for the loss of guest's belongings. - INTERNET CONNECTION Free fiber optic WIFI internet up to 200 Mbps. In the unlikely event of a connection related issue we will do the outmost to liaise with our network provider. The host is not responsible for internet interruption and or slow connection that might arise from device or network related issues that are beyond our control. - RECREATIONAL AMENITY For exclusive use of residents and booked guests. The service is provided by the condominium association, all guests are expected to conform to the condominium rules while using amenity. The host is not liable for any applicable fee, time change, access limitations or closure of amenity, for damages, loss of personal belonging or injuries to the users of the amenity. - CLEANING The cleaning fee is a one-time charge, covering professional cleaning before your arrival. Please note that there is no room cleaning service after check-in. A broom, dustpan, mop, small kitchen towel, and dishwashing liquid are provided. However, we do not supply disposable cleaning products or general cleaning supplies, so please plan accordingly if you are staying for an extended period or intend to cook in the unit. - LOST & LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS We are not responsible for any items lost or left behind during your stay. If an item is found after checkout, we will hold it for 3 days, space permitting. After that, the item may be discarded or donated. We do not offer shipping of left-behind items. Please note: Opened toiletries, food, and other disposable items will be discarded immediately for hygiene and safety reasons.
