The space Here at Juju’s Nest you will share the house with the owners that has 3 dogs and 6 cats all friendly and cute The Nest is 10 minutes drive to Surftown or Urbiztondo The exterior of the main house is left In its natural colour, creating an overall raw and natural aesthetic. Living room and restrooms have marble flooring, the majority of the furniture is hand made with reclaimed timber collected from our garden forming an earthy interior that blends with the surrounding natural elements, resulting to a peaceful and cooler environment. The common area comprises the dining and living room that connects to our outdoor cafe facing the serene garden with mango trees, hammocks, swings and bonfire. *STRICT CHECK IN TIME BETWEEN 1-3PM ONLY! Unless we are informed ahead of time for any emergencies (will subject to owner’s time availability ) Its a HOMESTAY, We don’t have a receptionists to assist you. Guest access Welcome to Juju’s Nest, where you'll enjoy a private room (Ground Floor) and share our home with us, along with our 3 dogs and 6 friendly cats. Our house boasts a raw, natural exterior with a peaceful, cooler interior. The common area includes a dining and living room, connecting to our outdoor cafe overlooking the serene garden with mango trees, hammocks, swings, and a bonfire. Join us at Home Creperie Cafe every weekends open to both in-house guests & walk in diners from 8am to 3pm. During your stay Owners lives on the same house, can be easily contacted if needed. Other things to note For our guests' security and privacy, we only accept reservations made by the person staying. We don't allow bookings for friends, house helpers, nannies, or drivers. Reservations must be verified with proper identification and made via Airbnb. For a strict check-in and check-out policy, you could say something like: Please note our strict check-in and check-out policy. Check-in is at 1PM and Check-out is at 11AM. ** EARLY & LATE CHECK IN FEE IS ₱400 per person! We appreciate your punctuality to ensure a smooth transition for all guests. Pets are on the property; please keep the main gate closed. Breakfast & Brunch are available upon request, with the cafe menu in your room. Smoking or vaping inside is prohibited; please use outdoor spaces. Eating inside the room is not allowed; please use dining or outdoor tables. Visitors or friends are allowed until 3 pm, using outdoor areas only. Sleepovers for non-guests are not allowed, unless arranged in advance with a minimum payment per night. Please be mindful of noise after 10 pm it's self-service, so clean as you go. Waste segregation is strictly implemented, and this is a drug-free zone.
