The welcoming hallway leads to all ground-floor rooms, including a comfortable living room, a separate dining room, and a bright conservatory with additional seating, creating plenty of space for everyone to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare anything from a hearty breakfast to a family feast. Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and the family bathroom, which features both a corner bath and a separate shower. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom features a double bed with fitted wardrobes, while the third bedroom includes bunk beds and access to a loft playroom. This fun and flexible space also contains a day bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Outside, you'll find a large enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn and surrounded by mature trees, creating a peaceful and private setting for your stay. Two spacious decked areas provide plenty of space for outdoor living, with comfortable seating and a dining table perfect for al fresco meals. Guest access Parking The property benefits from a private driveway with space for up to three vehicles. Access is via a narrow lane leading to the cottage, which may require a little extra care when manoeuvring, particularly for larger vehicles or less confident drivers. For added convenience, a small public parking area is available at the end of the terrace should you prefer to park there or require additional space during your stay.
