NON SMOKING: Efficiency Amazing view from ground level facing the Valley. *Request dates prior to Booking* to avoid double booking at our lodge. Resort has a pool and playground for the kids. Plenty of hiking, biking and skiing. We have beauty in every season. Davis and Thomas WV are quaint little towns with shops, coffee, live music, antiques, dining, breweries, live music and much more. Checkout Canaan Valley for skiing and nearby tubing & Blackwater Falls sled run! *Pet Fee: $50 NO CATS The space *UPDATE 5/22/23: The pool is currently being filled and hopefully they will find NO leaks as we had issues last season and the pool could not be opened. We will have updates closer to Memorial Day Weekend! *Party Free Zone : 1 Pet MAX Our efficiency inn suite is equipped with a cozy fireplace (Duralog). We do not have a full kitchen. It has a mini fridge, microwave, some dishes and some glassware (coffee mugs / wine glasses & regular glasses). We provide a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. We also supply fresh white linens and towels for the bathroom and beds. There is a closet with hangers and a box fan for “white noise”. If you run out of toiletries such as toilet paper, you can call the main office during office hours 9am-4:00 pm. The bathroom has a large tub / jacuzzi / shower combo. This is not a hot tub* I would pack an extra roll or two of toilet paper just incase it’s not fully stocked. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and other shower necessities. We have a large flat screen smart TV including Roku (password shown after check in) and WiFi access. Don’t forget an extra cozy blanket for the pull out couch. Our king size bed is a super cozy memory foam hybrid, good for a great deep sleep after a long day. Guest access Guest can use the outdoor fire pit area up until 10 pm. The groundskeeper will be checking that all fires are put out NO LATER than the 10 pm. At that time it’s considered “quiet time” on the grounds. Other things to note Please request booking before instant booking due to our lodge also booking this unit. **Unfortunately we don’t have early check in options for our inn suite. Check in is at 4pm. There will be a minimum of 3 night stay on the following holiday weeks: *** July 4th Labor Day MLK Memorial Day Presidents Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas New Years Eve ***There will be a $50 pet fee (1 pet allowed) added* after booking with us since there is no option to add when you reserve. *** Also note that lots of places in Davis and Thomas use check or cash. You will have to use an ATM which costs a few dollars processing fee if you don’t have either.
