Motel Harbour Front Colombo - Yellow Room

This place is a more than 40 years house converted to a guest house using eco friendly material as far as possible. Majority of the furniture are more than 50 years old and renovated using eco friendly material. All amnesties are modern and brand new such as air conditioners and televisions. This guest house is located in front of the sea. Yellow room can accommodate 2 guests. A convenient Breakfast can be provided for a fee of USD 5 per person. Room rate exclude breakfast. The space Common spaces include Living room, Dining area, Verandahs, Kitchen, back and front garden. Two of the rooms have separate entrance to the garden. It's about 23km from the Colombo airport. It's just 7km to Colombo Fort. Guest access Guests can go sea bath. Its only 7Km to commercial hub, Colombo fort. During your stay Guests can get cooked from the caretaker. Caretaker is available full time at site. Owner visits the Motel every evening and weekends. Other things to note As this is a guest house, guests can use all common spaces such as living areas, verandahs, dinning tables, kitchen and garden in shared basis. Breakfast can be arranged for a fee of USD 5. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Room rates starts from USD 28 per night.
