All rooms equipped with ceiling fans, flyscreens to all windows and the north facing orientation allows for a beautiful sea breeze to enjoy day & night. Air conditioner is located within the open planned lounge, kitchen & dining areas. For the chilly winter nights the home is equipped with ducted floor heating with fully insulated floors throughout to keep you nice and cosy. In return all we ask is for the cooling/heating to be used responsibly from an environmental perspective. Thank you. Linen/Manchester: Pillows, bedsheets, Doonas and bath towels provided in each room. Extra blankets stored in the linen cupboard. Pets: permitted to stay, all we ask is for your furry friends to remain off the furniture. A full height fence and solid pedestrian gate allows the back of the home to be secure at all times. The Dog off leash beach (Point Richards) is within 15mins walking distance or a 2 mins drive. 100m to the nearest park to walk dogs on lead around our local surroundings. Children: 100 metres to the nearest children's playground and a range of children's books and Dvd's are provided. Local Entertainment: 15 min stroll into town (2 min drive) for a bite to eat at one of many local restaurants, or try live music on wkends at Bennetts on Bellarine winery. Plus our local market hosted by the Lions club is held last Sunday of every month. You'll love our friendly seaside atmosphere. Bellarine Activities: There is a wide variety within the Bellarine such as: - a spot of fishing on Portarlington Pier or Swan Bay. There are a few charter fishing boats which leave from Portarlington Pier. - wine tasting at Kilgour, Terindah Estate, Jack Rabbits or Curlewis Vineyards to name some of our favourites, - a game of golf on one of the many courses on the Bellarine (Portarlington, Curlewis, Clifton Springs, Queenscliffe or Barwon Heads) - pamper time at the wonderful Lon Retreat and Spa Guest access Ample parking onsite for car and/or boat trailer.
